Each massage session is as individual as you are. Different techniques are integrated into each massage session depending on how you feel and where you would like to focus. Maybe you want some deep work in one area, and lighter work in another, or maybe you want more specific work on that stubborn tennis elbow. Prior to each session, we will discuss your priorities for that day. Techniques may include Swedish (relaxation) Massage, Myofascial Release Therapy, Site-specific Orthopedic Massage, Stretching, Hot Stone Massage, and application of hot towels.
